Teresa and Bill welcome you to Casa Golondrina in the beautiful town of Moraira.

We fell in love with Moraira during our many visits to Spain. What attracted us to Moraira was the great restaurants, clean pristine beaches, and an unbelievable climate. We purchased the property in 2021 which was a very challenging time due to the COVID-19 outbreak. We recently completed extensive renovations and our tropical oasis is now ready to be enjoyed.

Casa Golondrina is a quiet oasis on a large flat lot having several distinct patios where you can sit in the shade sipping tea while reading your favorite book, lounge by the pool enjoying a refreshing swim, or sun yourself on the roof top deck depending on your desire. It is situated on a dead-end street having no through traffic. It is a 7-minute bike ride or 4 minutes by car to the nearest beach. You are in excellent care with Mark & Chrissy; feel free to share any suggestions for enhancing your stay with us.
